Ever tried to balance on a board in the water as you paddle down the lake? Join a ranger in not only getting wet, but in learning some cool tricks and tips about stand up paddle boarding. Find out it really isn't as hard as it looks. There are many times you won't even get wet!

We'll be spending the morning practicing our balance on the water and learning how to steer our boards. All experience levels are welcome, but they must be at least ten years old.

Must pre-register at the Discovery Center or by calling 276-781-7400 at least the night before the event. All equipment will be provided by the park.
