Join us in removing invasive plants from our ecosystem!
If you don't know what you're looking for, an invasive species may seem like just another part of an ecosystem. You might not know about the damage those species are doing to the area. This program will help you learn how to identify the different invasive plants and animals in our area, the damage they do to our environment, and what we can do help stop it.
Be sure to bring gloves and wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty in. Volunteers will meet at the Visitor Center before the start of the program.
In case in inclement weather, please check this page prior to coming to the park. Cancellations will be posted by close of business the day before the program.
