Enjoy a canoe adventure at Leesylvania State Park on Powell's Creek! Take in the tranquility of this tributary, watch bald eagles and ospreys soar above, a heron hunting along the shore, or turtles basking in the sunshine. No paddling experience is required; all participants must be 6 years or older. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to event start time at Potomac Place. This large grey building is located in the boat launch parking area. Dress for the weather and bring your reuseable water bottle. Closed toe shoes are required. Spots are limited so make your reservation today through the Visitor Center at (703)583-6904. Fee is due at time of reservation.
