The Senior Ranger series is geared towards senior citizens who are interested in learning more about nature, outdoor skills, and history. This program offers a range of outdoor opportunities to be active and explore Leesylvania State Park. Complete 5 sessions and receive a Senior Ranger Badge. 

Wonder and walk as Rangers guide you in exploring Leesylvania State Park. You will use your senses to explore many things in our park such as leaves, lichen, birds, and history! This 0.8 mile hike will begin at the Visitor Center and travel along Potomac Trail. The trail is made of compacted gravel, rated easy, and accessible.
