Time to polish your beginner or advanced identification skills for the local fauna of Virginia.
Can you identify the differences between a predator or prey animals' skull? How have animal skulls adapted to help with survival? What else can we find out from closely investigating fur pelts, jaw bones, and skulls?
We will work together to uncover skull adaptations and identify their species. But the fun doesn't end there! Meet us at the Visitor Center.
