Join us for a leisurely walk outdoors as we search for bugs! A ranger will be present to help you find and identify anything that crawls, flutters, or buzzes. We’ll discover the different ways insects and other invertebrates live, discuss why they’re important, and give you helpful tips for finding bugs on your own.
What to Expect:
The walk will be less than a mile on flat ground at a slow pace with frequent breaks as bugs are discovered. Please wear closed-toe shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
Registration:
While registration is not required for this program, it is recommended. If you register, we will be able to contact you if the program is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
