Ever wonder what the Battle of Cedar Mountain was all about? Come join Ranger Webb-Watkins to find out! After a thirty-minute, half-mile hike, you’ll understand who fought, what they did, and why here on August 9th, 1862 Culpeper County experienced its largest Civil War battle.

Bring water, sunscreen, and most importantly, questions! Tours are weather permitting. This program is appropriate for children age twelve and up.
