Come on out for a ranger lead canoe trip through the beautiful wetlands of York River State Park. Paddle up Taskinas Creek and spot some of the critters who call our estuary home while learning about the importance of these fragile ecosystems.

To reserve your spot please visit our EventBrite here: Creek Canoe . Tickets are $9 per person or $6 per person for families of 4 or more. Payment will be made at the visitor center before we head out on the water. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time, gear distribution and safety talks start promptly at 10 AM. 

This trip will be for canoes only and will last about 2 hours. We will provide all paddles, canoes and personal flotation devices. This event is subject to cancellation or rescheduling dependent on weather. Be sure to wear closed toe shoes and lots of sunscreen! Please keep in mind that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 6 as per American Canoe Association guidelines.
