B.A.R.K. Ranger Dog Hike

Bring your four legged best friend for a ranger lead walk in the park and have your pup be certified as an official York River State Park B.A.R.K. Ranger. Learn about dog trail etiquette and basic outdoor pet safety before departing on a 1.5 mile hike. All dogs must remain on leash for the duration of their time in the park.

This will be a hike with multiple dogs and people so we ask all participating dogs to be dog and human social. For those interested in participating in the B.A.R.K. Ranger program who would prefer a more solo experience please keep an eye out for our upcoming self-guided program.
