September 11, 2026, 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. Frogs and Toads @ 1301 Daniel K. Ludwig Dr. Woodbridge VA 22191: Do you know the difference between toads and frogs? Come join a ranger and find out! September 18, 2026, 2 p.m. -3 p.m. Wetland walk @ Bushey Point Trailhead: Join Leesylvania State Park rangers at Bushey Point Trailhead for a guided walk and discussion on wetlands, their ecology, and their vital importance in maintaining a balanced, healthy ecosystem. Meet at the entrance to Bushey Point Trail on the south side of Boat Launch Parking Lot 1 for the approximately 1 mile hike. This trail is rated easy in skill level and partially stroller friendly; please dress for the weather, wear sturdy closed-toe footwear, and consider bringing water.
