What's a camping trip without a campfire? Join us, weather permitting, for an hour of relaxing stories & meet your camping neighbors. Learn the history of Smith Mountain Lake and how the state park got its start. This is a great way for the family to wind down after a busy day and of course, there will be marshmallows to roast. This program is FREE.
If weather is unsuitable, the campfire will be held at the Discovery Center under the Pavilion.
