Greet the morning on the beach with a short 30-minute yoga flow that is gentle and perfect for beginners. The recommended participant age is 10 and up. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. You can also bring a towel, yoga mat, or embrace the sand between your fingers and toes.
