Winter’s Embrace Wellness Series: Bundle Up & Turn Within
A seasonal women’s wellness series inviting us to slow down, turn inward, nurture what matters, and gently awaken with the changing seasons. Hosted by Kristine Villatoro, founder of Nature’s Healing Embrace (NHE).

December 13, 2026 — Release & Prepare: Pause at the threshold of winter. Release what you no longer need to carry and create space for the season ahead.

January 9, 2027 — Rest & Root: Honor winter’s invitation to slow down. Rest, reconnect with yourself, and strengthen the roots that help you feel grounded.

February 13, 2027 — Galentine’s: Honor the Woman Within: Turn your attention inward with compassion during the heart of winter. This Galentine’s-inspired gathering invites women to celebrate themselves, reflect on their inner worth, and explore gentle ways to nurture, honor, and care for the woman within

March 6, 2027— Awaken & Renew: As the natural world begins to stir, gently awaken your own energy, intentions, and sense of possibility for the season ahead.
