DCR's Division of Dam Safety and Floodplain Management will be offering 1-day trainings for floodplain administrators and dam owners across the Commonwealth. This training will cover the Dam Safety, Flood Prevention and Protection Assistance Fund Grant in the morning, then participants will break out into a Dam Safety Inventory System and Dam Owner Training and a Floodplain Management Training in the afternoon.
Free lunch will be provided to training participants. The State Park entrance/parking fee will also be waived for training participants.

Registration is required to attend this training. Registration will close on February 3, 2019.
Because the afternoon session of this training will be breaking out into two separate rooms, there are two different registration forms to account for the different space limitations. You may only register once for Dam Safety or Floodplain Management, you may not register for both. All registrants will attend the Grant Manual session in the morning, and depending on the registration form you select, you will attend either the Dam Safety session in the afternoon or the Floodplain Management session. The afternoon sessions occur at the same time, so it is not possible to attend both afternoon sessions.
